Yoga for players

Yoga has been proven to significantly increase flexibility, core strength and all around physical well-being so the Club is delighted to host Yoga Classes for players from under 16 up, both male and female.

This week's classes, taught by Eileen Rowe, will be at 7am on Tuesday 29th (Yes, it IS early!) and at 8.30pm on Thursday 31st. Mats will be provided, bring your own towel, and all levels are catered for.
