St. Martins GATHERING will take place on Sunday 25th August.  We would love if former players, members and anyone who was ever involved with the club would come to spend the day with us. Please spread the word especially to those who are no longer living locally. The Tony Boggan tournament will take place on the day with lots of other great events planned. Further details in the coming weeks.

"Our minor hurling game scheduled to take place on last Wednesday was postponed to allow for the county juvenile squad game taking place on same evening. Our hurling game v Rapparees is now scheduled to take place on Monday, August 26.

Our next hurling game will be against Glynn Barntown, in Piercestown. Please check club website for confirmation of date to play game, in this week. We expect to play on Thursday eveningAug 1. (Our U-21s will play on Tuesday eveningJuly 30 - best wishes to all players .)

Please know that our minor football game scheduled for August 7 will take place in Taghmon. Also, all minor games originally scheduled for Aug 14, will now take place on Tuesday, Aug 13.(We will play Starlights in football on Aug 13.)"

The under 14's play Naomh Eanna on Thursday in Gorey at 7.30 in their last round game. So far they have won all games bar one in hurling and will qualify for the semi final.
We wish a speedy recovery to Sam Audsley who is in hospital at present.

Our under 9 and 10 boys are in the middle of a hectic spell that will see them play 7 games in a 2 week period. On Wednesday 24th the lads played Sarsfields in Piercestown and shared the spoils, with the older boys losing by a goal and the under 9 team winning by 3 goals. On Friday we travelled to Ballymore to play St. Fintans in hurling where it was double success and the week was rounded off by a friendly hurling match in Craanford where the u10 team won a really tight game by 1 goal while the u9 team had an easier win. Mentors are delighted with the progress the boys are making and it's great to see players like James, Reuben and both Joshes really improving their games over the last week. On Wednesday we will play St. Annes in football in Rathangan and on Friday we have the Rapps at home.
Our senior footballers were beaten by Castletown last Saturday evening and the senior hurlers are out this weekend against oulart and we wish them the best of luck.
