Very well done to our juvenile footballers who beat Taghmon last week in a thrilling co. final played under lights in St. Patrick's Park.  This was a game between two very evenly matched teams that could have gone either way. St. Martins were leading at half time but Taghmon came back strongly and were three points up with ten minutes left. Our boys fought for every ball and eventually scored the winning point in injury time.  These two teams will meet again next weekend in the replay of the hurling final and we hope that the lads can do the double.

The under 16 A camogie team had a good win in the semi final against Glynn last Saturday and will now meet Rathnure in the co. final next weekend. We wish them the very best of luck.
The under 16B team were beaten by the rapparees in their semi final last Saturday by one point.  This team were made up entirely of under 14 players so getting to a semi final was a fabulous achievement for them.  Well done girls.
All the dancers are now busy practising for the strictly come dancing which the club are taking part in with Kilmore and St. Fintans.  There will be lots of fundraising activities over the next few weeks and we encourage everyone to be generous as all monies raised will be going towards the new surface on the hurling wall which will be in place very soon.
The club are contesting a number of semi finals and finals in the next two weeks so check fixtures in this paper, our Facebook page, twitter or on the club website and come along and support all our players.
