Club Notes - 2013/01/21

The AGM of Coiste na nOg took place last Friday in the centre with a large crowd in attendance. The chairman John O'Connor welcomed everyone and thanked all those who are working so hard to make the club successful. The club is going from strength to strength with all age groups last year competing at Premier level in both hurling and football.
The adult chairman Mick Morrissey also addressed the meeting. He congratulated coiste on their achievements and urged everyone to work together to keep moving forward.
The officers for 2013 are Chairman John O'Connor, Secretary Hilary Codd, Assistant Secretary Luke Hennessy, Registrar Tracy Hamilton, Treasurer Ruairi Quigley, PRO Brid Quigley, Assistant Treasurer Cian O Lionan, Irish Officer Cian O Lionan.
Over 35 selectors were appointed on the evening covering every age from under 6 up to minor.
We wish all players and selectors the very best for the coming year.
The minor football team are now in the Jim Byrne cup semi final after a narrow win against Sarsfields. Check Club Calender from Tuesday on Homepage or see local paper for details of fixture.
The AGM of the camogie club will take place on Friday the 1st February. More details next week.
