The club was awash with visitors on Saturday as Dublin teams came down for challenge matches before the big game in Wexford Park. Raheny played our under 12 and under 14 camogie teams and we were successful in both matches. Our juvenile boys played Cuala and had a good win after a tight first half. The under 10s had 3 great games against Kilmacud Crokes with the oldest boys' game finishing in a pulsating 1-6 to 2-3 draw. Our minors also  played Crokes in a competitive and hugely beneficial game which the visitors won by 8 points. A return game has been pencilled in for early August and revenge will be on the menu! Many thanks to all who helped with catering for our visitors afterwards. It's great to showcase our wonderful facilities and build connections with other clubs.

Best of luck to our under 14 camogie team in their Féile blitz day next Saturday. The under 16 girls play a championship home game on Thursday v Rathnure. Congratulations to Hannah Quirke who, following in her father's and cousin Amy's  footsteps, came away with gold in the long puck in the community games in Bree on Saturday.  She is now going on to represent Wexford at the national event in Athlone at the of August.

The minor fundraising raffle jersey prizes have nearly all been distributed at this point and thanks once again for the support within the parish for the minors. A car wash will be held in the Martin's car park on the 28th June and it will only cost a fiver to have your car fully washed so come along and and pop in for a coffee in the centre while you wait. The Club is organising a bus to the Wexford minor match against Dublin in Parnell Park on June 23. The team is of course managed by our own Larry Coleman and has a strong representation from the Club so we expect to have a full bus travelling.

Key upcoming fixtures include our senior Camogie championship match next Monday at 7pm v Duffry Rovers and the intermediate camogie team play at home to Monageer on Tuesday 25th at 7pm. Our senior men play tonight, June 17, at 8pm against Buffers Alley in Piercestown and they will be hoping to bounce back from their defeat last week against Faythe Harriers on a 0-15 to 0-11 scoreline.

Finally, our Lotto jackpot remains unclaimed so anyone looking for a shot at  the €15,000 should contact the Committee to sign up. This week's numbers were 5, 8, 17, 19.
